Position Overview:
As a Senior Technical Sales Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by leveraging your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our sales, marketing and engineering teams and clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and develop tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and present appropriate technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers, showcasing the capabilities of NetQuest products.
  • Serve as a pre-sales and post-sales technical expert, answering complex questions and addressing customer concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and technical documentation.
  • Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and inform future product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff on technical aspects of products and solutions.
  • Modest travel required (estimated 20-25%)

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience, preferably in technology, network security, or cyber intelligence sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Ability and passion to learn the latest technology.
    • Strong understanding of network security principles and cyber solutions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
