Executive Team
Jesse Price, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board
Jesse Price is the CEO of NetQuest responsible for managing all aspects of NetQuest’s day-to-day business and operation and from a corporate governance perspective also holds the roles of President and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to assuming the role of CEO in early 2014, Jesse held a senior executive position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jesse spearheaded and was instrumental in leading the successful transition of NetQuest from OEM engineering and manufacturing services to a leading global supplier of monitoring access systems. During his tenure at NetQuest, Jesse has leveraged more than 20 years of rich industry experience to shape NetQuest’s marketing, business development and product portfolio strategies. His strong technical and market expertise coupled with his leadership skills have contributed significantly to NetQuest’s consistent growth and success.
Prior to joining NetQuest, Jesse was Chief Marketing Officer and a co-founder of Eastern Research, a leader in network access solutions. Jesse was instrumental in the sale of Eastern Research to Sycamore Networks where he served as VP of Marketing. Earlier in his career, Jesse served in senior design engineering and marketing roles at Axxess Communications and Datatel/Dowty/Case Communications.
Rich Moulder, Vice President of Global Sales, Board Member
As VP of Global Sales, Rich Moulder is responsible for strategic planning and management of all aspects of NetQuest global sales including direct and channel sales, strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives. Building on a 30+ year legacy of consistent accomplishment in sales and sales management, his emphasis is on developing and expanding sales by positioning the Company’s products into governments, carriers, enterprises, and strategic partner markets. Rich joined NetQuest in early 2014 with a record of success and demonstrated strength in development of new sales and sales force leadership in both large and small company environments. In his first full year with NetQuest, Rich has increased the company sales revenue by 50%.
Prior to joining NetQuest, Rich was Vice President of Sales for Coriant (formerly Sycamore Networks) where he was responsible for North American Sales in the period from 2006 to early 2014. Before that, Rich was a sales executive at Eastern Research from 1996 to 2006, where he progressed from Regional and National Sales Director to Vice President of Sales for North America and grew the company revenue in his area of responsibility from $2M to $50M.
Eugene (Gene) Litt, Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology, Officer Gene is responsible for setting the overall product and solution direction for the business. Gene combines his experiences with network performance monitoring across Service Provider, Enterprise and Government markets with his extensive knowledge of networking technologies, to help ensure customers realize significant value from their NetQuest product investments.
Prior to joining NetQuest in 2018, Gene worked at NetScout Systems from 2011 to 2018 as the Director of Product Management, responsible for guiding the product strategy of NETSCOUT’s market-leading network performance monitoring solutions, spanning hardware appliances, virtual appliances, and cloud-based offerings. Gene joined NetScout via its acquisition of ONPATH Technologies, where Gene was Vice President of Marketing. Prior to this Gene served in executive roles as Vice President, Product Strategy for Shunra Software (acquired by Hewlett-Packard), and Vice President/General Manager at Eastern Research (acquired by Sycamore Networks), along with engineering management positions with S-Link Corp (acquired by Radisys Corp.) and AT&T Bell Labs. Gene holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tulane University.
Michael Seidler, Vice President, Product Management
As VP of Products, Michael Seidler is responsible for management of NetQuest’s dynamic portfolio of signals intelligence and network visibility solutions. Michael provides daily leadership across cross-functional teams to manage product roadmaps and convert customer needs into successful engagements. Michael is a passionate leader, highly adaptable, energetic and customer-focused. He also provides leadership for product marketing including customer messaging and events.
Prior to joining NetQuest in 2015, Michael lead product management for Motorola/ARRIS industry-leading Cable Headend EQAM products. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Senior Hardware Engineer for Eastern Research and Sycamore Networks from 2003 to 2007, developing mobile cross-connect products. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with cum laude from Tufts University in 1998 and holds a Master of Business Administration in 2011 from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Steven Shalita, Vice President, Market Strategy and Business Development
Steven is responsible for developing market strategy and leading business development activities for NetQuest. Steven is an accomplished market strategist with more than 25 years of diverse global experience in marketing, sales, and products. Steven combines proven customer and marketing leadership with deep technology product experiences spanning networking, security, cloud, 4G/5G mobility, NetOps, SecOps, application/network performance management, and observability and analytics.
Steven is a frequent speaker at industry events and recognized technology evangelist and has served in marketing leadership positions at Pluribus Networks, LiveAction, Check Point Software, NetScout, Alcatel-Lucent, Redback Networks, and Cisco Systems. Steven has also served as a strategic advisor to private equity and venture investment firms and early-stage venture-backed technology companies.
